The SUDHAUS key safe is a secure storage place for keys and other valuables. The dimensions were chosen so that bunches of keys and credit card formats can be stored. Areas of application include contactless key handover for holiday homes, rental car collection/return or emergency key storage for the home.

The zinc die-cast housing combines stability and the patented function of the combination lock. This offers the user convenient handling with a high level of protection against burglary and theft. The manufacturer considers the zinc material and zinc die-cast technology to be the only alternative for this product. Compared to plastic, zinc is much stronger. Compared to other casting technologies, the preparation time is significantly shorter and the energy requirement is lower and therefore more resource-efficient. As a result, the customer receives a product that is balanced in terms of resources, costs and benefits.

In the event of a break-in attempt, the honeycomb-structured rear wall and a double screw anchor absorb the forces. The choice of the zinc alloy ZP0410 (ZAMAK5) guarantees dimensional stability, strength and flatness.

When creating the casting tool, the sprue was positioned in such a way that a uniform tool filling is achieved in the casting process with optimal surface quality on the casting part.
