Casting Study: Central Console

Utilizing zinc alloys to create this part allowed for outstanding control of each step and parameter involved in the full process, from design to final part to achieve, to achieve the perfect design. With die casting, the same surface quality and appearance could be obtained on each of the six cast parts of this assembly. The surface was designed to not show finger prints, and the die casting process allowed for completion of the design requirement of thin walls.
