Casting Study: Sensor Plate and Sensor Activation Button

This part has an excellent surface mirror finish after plating. The feeding is done with a center gate to avoid too long metal flow distances which negatively affect surface quality. This part was an existing part already, but ABS has been substituted by Zamak3 alloy to give it a higher qualitative feel and touch.
