Casting Study: Perfume Vaporizer for Hand Bags

This set of six parts, four of which are made of Zamak, makes up a rechargeable perfume vaporizer. There are several notable characteristics of the final product that illustrate the versatility of the zinc alloy pressure die casting process: complexity of the assembly compared with the available space, combination of gloss and satin gold plating, and the combination of Zamak and plastic parts. Constraints related to the manufacture of the vaporizer require guarantees regarding appearance, weight (symbol of quality for luxury products), and consistency of forms.
